Located in the Le Castlemare residence in Sète, the home offers sea views from a private solarium opening off the bedroom.
Enjoy the terrace, framed by trees and opening onto the living room. Reversible air conditioning. This bright duplex features a comfortable bedroom (140 cm bed, sea view) and an upstairs bathroom, a welcoming living room and a fully equipped kitchen. 3rd floor, no lift.
